In more severe cases they talk about muscle weakness, or falling because they can't lift their toes up when walking. Usually they can't sit or drive for very long. Sleeping becomes an issue and finally it gets so bad that they have to take time off work.

Sometimes sciatica gets so bad that they come in shifted to one side and are unable to stand up straight.

Elena is the best! She is very precise in her massages and manual therapy, including dry needling, as well as in her excellent instruction on correct posture and form in teaching on the Pilates Reformer.
