You do have to experience Healing in Motion Physical Therapy to realize the healing potential that awaits you. Elena is knowledgeable in so many different angles. She is professional and efficient while using intuition and science.
Her weekly Zoom classes combine Pilates, physical therapy and Somatics, and also support knee and hips. I have quickly gained strength where needed from attending regularly the past few months. "I went to Elene for some pain I was having in my left knee.; I disclosed nothing more and nothing less. Elena was able to ascertain the origin of my knee pain from what I thought were "non-relevant" aches/pains sustained from years of an active lifestyle. Turns out my right foot had a collapsed arch which was causing misalignment of my hips, therefore causing my left knee to bear a significantly greater load/force than my right knee during physical activities.
