Growing up in Moscow, I loved to help my family feel better with massages and back rubs. But when we moved to the US and I went to the University of Colorado in Boulder, I forgot all about that and went into marketing instead.
Big mistake. I hated working in an office, so I quit to become a personal trainer and snowboarding instructor. That taught me how big a difference movement and exercise could make in someone's life and led me to remember how much I loved helping people improve their health.
